Meeting Room Manager

Meeting Room Manager is used for MBA students to add Carbarn team room and conference room reservations.

Installing to a Personal Computer

Meeting Room Manager allows you to add reservations in the following rooms:

  • Team Rooms 1-8
  • Conference Rooms 2 and 3

In order to install Meeting Room Manager, your computer must be configured to the MSB network. To get your computer configured, email MSB-Help@msb.edu.

You can get to Meeting Room Manager from the Application Explorer by double-clicking on the icon: This will install the application.

The second time you open Meeting Room Manager, you will need to select the file mba.mrm from the V:\mrm2001\ directory. Select the option to automatically re-Open last project before you click OK.

Once it has loaded, you need to use the login: MBA-Schedule.  If you are installing this on your laptop, and need the password, email MSB-Help@msb.edu. Make sure you select Remember User Name and Password.

Adding a Reservation

To add a reservation, follow the instructions below.

  1. Use the calendar to select the date that the meeting will occur.

  2. Highlight the time in the grid that the meeting will occur.

  3. Type the meeting title.

  4. At this point, the meeting is reserved. To specify the meeting's host, your name, your extention and any requirements, double-click the meeting in the grid to lead the reservation form.

You only have access to add a reservation. If you need to delete a reservation, you need to contact Student Life.
