Social events play a key role in our community, as a means of bringing together Europeans and non-Europeans who wish to better know their fellow classmates in a social setting. We believe that providing opportunities for informal interactions is very important for building a sense of community and helping incoming students accommodate to the local life and culture. Furthermore, our goal is to bring a European flavor to the mix of cultures at McDonough School of Business.

Besides the treks, which provide great opportunities to interact closely with a groups of students in both a social and business setting, the EBA sponsors two major parties every academic year and a number of regular social events.
