
We are a Graduate Student Club at the McDonough School of Business
at Georgetown University that addresses student, professional and
cultural issues from a European perspective. The EBA serves as a liaison
between the Georgetown MBA program and the European business world.
Our mission is to:

Provide the MBA students with career resources in Europe

Promote the Georgetown MBA in Europe

Develop the "Georgetown MBA European Alumni Network
-
Introduce a European cultural aspect to the MBA community
The EBA organizes a number of activities to promote European culture
in the MSB and to create career opportunities in Europe.

London and Madrid Treks: Georgetown MBA students visit both
London and Madrid, to meet with leading European executives and
recruiters. Areas of interest include finance, consulting, marketing,
telecom and operations. Companies have the opportunity to present
to a group of Georgetown MBAs, while students gain insight into
Europe business.

MSB Career Management: On-going work with the school's career
management office to promote on-campus recruiting and to procure
internships and full-time job opportunities.

Social events: Each year the EBA organizes a number of parties
and events to gather the entire MSB community under one roof to
party European style!.

Voted Best Club and Most Improved Club 2000/1

Voted Best MBA Project in 2002 for the Organization of the "Madrid
Trek"
