How You Can Be a Part of Beta Gama Sigma
Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest national recognition that a student
of business can receive at the undergraduate and the MBA levels.
Further, of the 1400 institutions offering business degrees, only 300 are
both acredited by the AACSB and have chapters of Beta Gamma Sigma.
The opportunity to apply for membership in Beta Gamma Sigmais
offered to the top 
7% of the junior class,
the top 10% of the senior class
and the top 20% of second year MBAs.
In addition, an outstanding member of the Georgetown faculty is chosen
to be presented with honorary membership in our chapter and to receive
such honor at the induction ceremony in April or May of each year.
Inductees are asked to pay a one-time fee of $40 for a lifetime of benefits.
This also entitles new members to recieve a certificate, lapel pin, and
a ribbon at the induction ceremony as well as news letters three times
per year and opportunity to participate in numerous other programs.
