Georgetown's MBA Evening Program is a rigorous, three-year program that makes full use of all of McDonough's superb resources and faculty and confers the same degree as our full-time program.

Our classes are small, and the strong sense of community is enhanced by our cohort system, which divides each class into groups of approximately 60 students who share their core courses, residencies, and various social activities. Over three years, our students forge the kinds of professional relationships that last a lifetime.

All courses are held on the Georgetown campus, creating a strong student-faculty interaction that enables the kind of true mentoring and individualized attention for which McDonough is known. Employers consistently tell us that students in the Evening Program become more valuable, more focused and more capable of taking on leadership roles in their organizations.

Our student body is remarkably diverse in background, spanning the business horizon from finance and marketing to high-tech, and including military, defense contracting, non-profits and government. A number of students with prior graduate degrees also add to the extraordinary wealth of talent and experience that creates a vibrant and interactive learning environment.

GLOBAL MINDSET
At McDonough we emphasize a curriculum that prepares students for a constantly growing and transforming global marketplace. We require every student to undertake an international consulting project, culminating in an overseas presentation to client executives. This Global Residency gives students hands-on experience with international business problem-solving and the kind of deep immersion in foreign cultures that can only come from doing business in another country.
