Executive Masters in Leadership - EML

The Executive Master's in Leadership Program provides accomplished executives with the conceptual knowledge and action focus needed to discover their individual potential as well as enhance their ability to lead effectively and with moral purpose. The program is designed for working executives who currently hold positions of leadership in a wide array of organizations: private and public businesses; local, state and federal government; military and security organizations; NGOs and educational institutions. The alternating weekend schedule is augmented by three intensive, off-campus residencies.

The Georgetown-ESADE Executive MBA Program (GEMBA) is an exceptional program created for highly accomplished executives.  It combines the interdisciplinary teaching strengths of Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with ESADE Business School's strengths in entrepreneurship and social innovation.

Custom programs, created to address a particular need within an organization, are a specialty of the Executive Education Office. These programs evolve through consultations with corporate executives and Georgetown faculty.
